This website is hosted on servers of Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When accessing the website, server log files are automatically transmitted (IP address, browser, OS, referrer, date/time). This data is used solely to ensure operation. We use Supabase (Supabase Inc., San Francisco, USA) for registration, login, and storage of your study content. Your email address and created content (topics, bullet points, progress) are stored. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Frankfurt). More information: https://supabase.com/privacy

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment data, invoicing and VAT in its own name. We only receive a payment status confirmation and an anonymised customer ID from Paddle. No credit card or banking details are stored on our servers. The AI-powered import feature uses the API of Anthropic, PBC, 548 Market Street PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Text you enter is transmitted to Anthropic for processing. No personal data (e.g. name or email) is shared with Anthropic. Anthropic processes requests in accordance with its privacy policy and does not use API inputs for model training. For email delivery and waitlist management we use Brevo SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France. When you sign up for the waitlist, your email address is transmitted to and stored by Brevo. We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., 965 Mission Street, Suite 550, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA) for anonymous usage analytics. All data is processed exclusively on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com). No cookies are set, no IP addresses are captured, and no personal profiles are created. Each session receives a random, non-persistent ID — re-identification across sessions is technically excluded.
